Heat Treat

We have our own on-site heat treating facility to assure exacting temperature control for the variety of alloys and specialty castings we produce. Furnace charts and certifications of heat treat are furnished when required.

• Two on-site heat treating Furnaces with coverage up to 2250°F
• Furnace callibration and maintenance program in accordance with AMS 2750

Cleaning

Wollaston Alloys uses a cellular manufacturing approach in its cleaning operations to optimize delivery performance.

This is possible due to having all necessary cleaning and grinding equipment on-site.

Welding

The welders and procedures at Wollaston Alloys are qualified per ASME Section IX and NAVSEA TP 248.
