Quality Control Program is designed to meet or exceed the
requirements of MIL-I-45208 and ASME B and PV Code Section
III. Non-destructive testing ranging from visual to
radiographic evaluation is available. The people performing
these services are qualified to the requirements of
ASNT-TC-1A, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section V,
MIL-STD-271 and MIL-STD-2132. |

portable X-ray Spectrometer is being used for alloy
identity and verification at final inspection.

Final
layout being performed on a fully X-Rayed and liquid
penetrant tested gas turbine case. 2800 lbs. Inconel-625
alloy.

All
welding is performed using operators and procedures
qualified to ASME B and PV Section IX, MIL-STD-248 and ASTM
A-488. Other selected tests (including magnetic permeability
measurements, corrosion tests, Charpy impact tests, etc.)
can be utilized to meet your special requirements. |
