Keeping with recent advancements in technology, Wollaston Alloys employs the latest in 3-D and solidification modeling software. Using customer supplied files in either Parasolids, STEP, IGES or any number of formats, and our MAGMA Soft solidification software, we have the ability to pour and solidify your part on the computer. Using these same files, we can produce fully machined patterns with the aid of Solid Works software and 5 axis machining. Combined, these programs help reduce lead times on rush or prototype jobs.

Heat Treat

We have our own on site heat treating facility to assure exacting temperature control for the variety of alloys we produce. Furnace charts and certifications of heat treat are furnished when required
